While dealing with stubborn skin issues and being a clean freak, Ellie came up with a unique solution to boost her skincare routine: changing out her makeup brushes. After time and time again of cleaning her brushes, she realized that they never returned to their original, luxurious quality that we pay for. Therefore not only sacrificing the brushes application, but never feeling free of old bacteria.

Washing your makeup brushes, although a common practice, may not be completely eliminating all of the bacteria and gunk lurking within the bristles. While washing them can effectively remove the surface dirt, oil, and color residue from product, deeper layers of bacteria may still remain even after thorough cleaning. This is where the solution of replacing your brush set entirely comes into play. By regularly updating your brush collection, you ensure a fresh start with clean and bacteria-free brushes, enhancing both the hygiene and quality of your makeup application. All new orders are processed within 1-5 business days, this excludes pre-orders. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If necessary, our team will have your replenishment shipped out to arrive early to ensure you have your replenishment ready to go. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. If your order experiences a significant delay in processing, you will be contacted via email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Bondell currently only ships to the US, but we hope to ship internationally in the future!

Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns at this time. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us for further help. On a 90 day subscription model- if you wish to cancel your membership with us, please do so.

Bondell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for your order. Bondell is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. If your address should change before your next shipment, Bondell requires that you update your address in your profile no less than 2 weeks before you should expect your next delivery. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided. Bondell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
